Primary Objectives
Support and maintain the statewide 800 MHz system, focusing on minimizing customer outages, thereby maximizing the customer's ability to fulfill their mission.
Support and maintain the State's conventional radio systems, focusing on minimizing customer outages, thereby maximizing the customer's ability to fulfill their mission.
Support, maintain and calibrate mobile traffic radar, focusing on minimizing customer outages, thereby maximizing the customer's ability to fulfill their mission.
Support and maintain the sound systems in Legislative Hall, focusing on minimizing customer outages, thereby maximizing the customer's ability to fulfill their mission.
Support, maintain, and operate portable public address systems, focusing on meeting customer expectations and minimizing customer outages, thereby maximizing the customer's ability to fulfill their mission.
Support and maintain Delaware Transit Corporation's mobile data terminals and automatic vehicle location system, focusing on minimizing customer outages, thereby maximizing the customer's ability to fulfill their mission.
Extend services, subject to availability of resources and secondary to the needs of the State, for a fee, to municipalities, towns, counties and volunteer fire, rescue and ambulance companies.
